2. Service Model

Curtainz for villas facilitates customer enquiries, consultations and project coordination.

Measurements, quotations, manufacturing, supply, installation, warranties and after-sales services are performed directly by approved furnishing partners operating under their own trade licenses.

Curtainz for villas is not the manufacturer, supplier or installer of products displayed on the platform.

3. Quotations

All quotations are issued by the furnishing partner responsible for the project.

Prices, specifications, delivery schedules and warranty terms are subject to confirmation by the furnishing partner.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to premises where site inspections, measurements or installations are required.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, software and digital assets associated with Curtainz for villas remain the property of D Consultants LLC FZ.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Curtainz for villas shall not be liable for losses arising from manufacturing delays, installation issues, workmanship defects, product defects or warranty claims.

Such matters remain the responsibility of the furnishing partner performing the work.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Courts of Dubai.
